Whether you are moving through burnout, personal misalignment in your life, or moving through invisible grief, this work helps you find language for what has felt hard to name—and integrate what is ready to be released.
Clients come to me when they’ve reached an emotional wall and are ready to stop looping through the same patterns. This is presence-based reflection, emotional discernment, and integration from the inside out.

This is a restorative session for energetic clearing, nervous system regulation, and gentle alignment using traditional Japanese Reiki. Jikiden Reiki is an authentic, lineage-based healing modality that supports the body’s natural ability to heal.
You are invited to lie down in a quiet space and simply receive. I will check in briefly before and after the session.
